What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Can I use more than one discount?
Take advantage of it as soon as possible since they have a time limit.
You must enter the code during the final purchase process, before issuing payment.
Remember that you cannot use more than one code at a time.
We will not be able to apply discounts if your order has already been placed.
Orders
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free in Spain and Europe, no shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We try to be as fast as possible! Delivery times for the Peninsula are 24-72 hours, while the Balearic Islands and Europe are 5-7 business days.
How can I track my order?
Access your customer area, you will see
that your order appears to be processing, once the order is picked up by the carrier, you will receive an email with a link to track the order.
When delivered, it will appear as
“COMPLETED” in your customer area.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We're sorry, but we don't accept cancellations or modify orders once they've been placed, as they're processed automatically. You'll have to wait to receive them and process the return through this link . (Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.)
If you've entered a mistake in the address, you can change it within 15 minutes. After this time, if you want to change the address, you'll have to wait to receive the tracking number by email and contact the shipping agency directly.
I haven't received my order. What could have happened?
If you haven't received your order, it could be for one of two reasons:
Incorrect address – check if the address provided is correct.
Failed deliveries – the courier company will attempt delivery twice; if this is unsuccessful, the item will be left at a collection point for a maximum of 7 days.
If the order ultimately cannot be delivered, it will be returned to its origin. Once received in our warehouses, we will process your refund.
I have not received the confirmation email for my order.
If you don't receive your order confirmation email, please check your SPAM or JUNK folder.
If it still doesn't appear, please contact us through our contact form to ensure your order has been successfully registered in the system.
I have received a defective or incorrect item.
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us, indicating the order reference and we will arrange a product exchange at no additional cost. We work very hard to ensure that our
products are of the highest quality and free from defects.

How can I make an exchange or return?

From the moment you receive your order, you have 14 days to register your return or exchange request.
When will I receive my new order or refund?
Our team will receive and process returns. Once we've verified that the products have been returned in the same condition as when they were delivered, we'll accept the return. We'll try to expedite this process as much as possible so you can receive your refund or new order as soon as possible.
